Where is the ethereum now?

Seeing the trend of ethereum declining for more moths now but yet we are still holding to our beliefs that it will rise again because still bearish time.
Where is the potential of ethereum to rise again?
It is depends of the supply and demands or base on bitcoin motion?

The price is pretty much stable at around $200 and it has been moving sideways for some time now. I think many investors are just waiting for the launch of ethereum 2.0 before entering the Eth market again.

I was expecting Eth to pump again the previous weeks but the delay in launching Ethereum 2.0 has made it stagnant at around $200. It even dropped further with the recent dumping of bitcoin. At the moment, I only see ethereum price recover when the new platform is launched.
