for me it is best to trade, because with trade you can take advantage of the capital you have to be able to earn very much profit and not only that if you apply the trading capital that you have can grow to be very large.

I personally prefer do trading, It is more profitable and I have gotten alot benefits from it. Hold is the best way to keep the value of crypto when the price is going down. But I dont like that.

If there is no experience in trading, then the best strategy is to keep. However, I, without much experience, in the beginning of 2018, increased my deposit by 2 times.

At times like this you should do Hold because this will make a good thing and the right action because the current market is low and cannot be used for full Trading. So a permanent way is to hold and keep waiting for the crypto price to really recover.

in my opinion If the market is red and the price is still low. I will make another purchase. But if only the market is red and I am not likely to make a sale, and I will take action to keep holding and storing my crypto.

when the crypto market was down, it would be better if we hold the coins that we have than selling them because I think by selling them we will get a loss. we should be able to manage our crypto well so we can get the benefit from it.

Depending on what coins you have if your coins currently fall and don't move then I suggest to keep holding back,but if the coins you have move between growing and falling,it would be better if you trade.

It's better if you go into trading. Because when you are holding, you only see the red hitting hard on your account. But immediately you start to trade you tokens or coin you tend to acquire little by little amounts of tokens

I am in favor of holding rather then trading as trading is risky without any knowledge and skill, but holding gives always best results but it required patience.

Holding looks like better way to avoid losses. This what most people advise to beginners. I agree to do that because I don't really understand to trade wisely during decline cycle. Moreover, when I checked my tokens on wallets, no tokens are with proper prices right now.

I do more of Holding than trading. I am not really an experienced trader, lost some money the first time I tried and I stopped ever since. It is advisable to hodl now looking at the Market situation right now.
