I think do trading is very risky now. I personally prefer hold for long term. Because I see crypto currencies are struggling now. Keep calm and wait.

Do day trading but always used stable coin pair like USDT. Its much better that way than using bitcoin as pair.

Holding or trading depends on how much time and effort you are planning to fork in.
Holding is a less effort job where you only need to analyse before you invest and you can forget it and wait for the profit or loss
Trading require more effort and time where you need to monitor your charts closely to make use of the opportunity.
However which one is more profitable i does not know.
