when the market is down I think it would be better if we hold the coins that we have until the crypto market rises again and stabilizes. if we sell it, I think it will make us lose. we must can manage it well so we don't get the bigger losses.

The long-term investment.  So, I hodl some MGO, CAT, MTK and other tokens. For me, it seems like there's no sense to sell now.

You can`t compare day buying and selling with holding.It`s like comparing apples with bananas. If you don`t have any trading competencies and knowledge and you don`t prefer to take extra risk,obviously you have to choose holding. If you have buying and selling capabilities and you can afford to lose some money, but get profits in the end then day trading is the right choice.
