[Analysis] Why do people quit from bounty?

Some people really use to, receive high rewards and high value of their token. Since the market crash,  and some rely their source of income from bounty, they need to find an alternatives to sustain their daily operations.  I've seen a lot of bounty hunter in telegram begging if someone to buy their token at cheaper price.  I also, don't receive any rewards for my work because of failed project. The rewards takes too long  that we need to wait 3-4 months just to receive our rewards.

It is now very difficult to participate in ICO generosity campaigns, including signature campaigns. Due to the general large and protracted fall in the cryptocurrency market, when investor activity has fallen dramatically, even promising ICO projects cannot raise the necessary funds and this directly affects the performance of headhunters. We are often not paid earned tokens.
 In addition, the number of frauds among ICO teams has increased significantly, and even if they are not fraudulent towards investors, many are trying to deceive us in connection with the introduction of various KYC checks. Especially spoil our nerves such checks after the end of the ICO, which are often impossible to pass even if desired. Because of this, many bounty hunters leave the ICO's generosity, some temporarily and some forever.

Here are the most reasons:

1. A lot of bounty programs only resulted with pennies.
2. Many scam ICOs, resulting no rewards for bounty hunters.
3. Many bounty managers / teams of bounty projects changed the rules after bounties were over. They asked for KYC and lessen the bounty allocation significantly.
4. Bounty tokens/coins have no prices once listed on exchanges.
5. Bear market still continues and no big signs to have bullrun in the near future.
 
I also consider and think deeply about those problems, but I am still confidence to work on bounty programs as long as there is a hope for a better crypto future.

Your reasons of people quitting bounty is just the surface problem, everyone that do and quit bounty might have their own reasons that can be related and not related to crypto market, example like they does not have the time as they are involve in a new job.

People quit cause after the stress of doing Bounty for projects, they get little or nothing to show for it. Some projects just exit scam and some projects send worthless tokens which will have no value even in future.

I quit in summer to work full time, as I thought the market may well fall further so would be less profitable. I'm sure I'll be back doing bounties when the price bottoms out, so I can be holding tokens during the next bull run. But this likely not be until next year now I realise, maybe around summer again.

More people quit from bounty because the income from bounty is getting little and almost no worth. Even if people get the rewards but the tokens have no prices on market. The tokens are only for holding, I think some people need fiat to fulfill their monthly needs.

And you can see the current crypto market conditions, almost all red coins, and freefall. It is their decision. I think they have studied it from many aspects before quit, so we cannot blame them. If they have a other better job in real life, Then I assume it is a wise way to quite temporary.

You have given a complete and precise reasons why these bounty hunters stops. Who knows, maybe they signed up to become full crypto traders, as the market is on a complete downtrend, to buy with the lows and sell when the market has recovered. Anything is possible.
