Following a lot of bounties takes a lot of time, but before you join the bounty program I suggest you look at the allocation of funds from each bounty you follow, see the achievements of the project and always be active in the telegram group.
If the bounty manager does not give you information from each of your questions, such as achieving softcaps and other information updates, then I suggest you choose bounty by looking at a trusted and experienced manager.

I agree with this opinion. Token allocation for the bounty is needed to know. So, we can calculate how much we got from the bounty. In the other hands, it is a must to know about token sale achievement. It is better to choose a bounty from successful projects in its first step ICO/IEO.

Bounty hunters may always come and leave every day. I think it is normal and no need to worry. I assume in every crypto forum, this situation should happen. But I guess there are more bounty hunters quit than coming in this forum.

main reason is the market and fraud projects overtake the crypto scams everywhere hacking all stuff going on so bounties dead now

Recently, not only people with less experiences, experienced bounty hunters also begin to quit from bounty activities. I know very well the big reasons why they quit. That's why I think they cannot be blamed by the action. Let's see below the reasons. 

Here are the most reasons:

1. A lot of bounty programs only resulted with pennies.
2. Many scam ICOs, resulting no rewards for bounty hunters.
3. Many bounty managers / teams of bounty projects changed the rules after bounties were over. They asked for KYC and lessen the bounty allocation significantly.
4. Bounty tokens/coins have no prices once listed on exchanges.
5. Bear market still continues and no big signs to have bullrun in the near future.
 
I also consider and think deeply about those problems, but I am still confidence to work on bounty programs as long as there is a hope for a better crypto future.

I don't think that bounty hunters quit from participating bounties because the amount of participants continues to grow, I don't know
where did you get this kind of information that bounty hunters already quit.

Because it hits them hard by the expectation vs reality, because realistically all the bounties price especially icos are just an estimated price that they allocated in the bounty and in most cases it dumps through the bottom so hunters might felt they are outwitted with the truth

The real question is what is the possibility of the project your are campaigning for. long term or short term project. it is a major concern hunters should note before joining any project to avoid holding a useless coin that will dump hard on investors.the reason why people talks about researching on the project you are working on.  the need to research is necessary.

All of these are true and to add woes to our misery some developers are locking bounty hunter's rewards after sending bounty hunter's their rewards, this is not on the agreement and they just do it and their alibi is to protect dumping.

I don't see this reason on the topic made by the OP above. Where do you get this reason? Just read carefully what OP has written, and please understand it before you criticize someone. He never said that people quite because participant numbers are increasing.

I don't know where did you get this kind of information that bounty hunters already quit.

It seems just his personal opinion. But it is reasonable if we look at the fact happened in previous time.

I think people stop, from the bounty because a lot of projects fail and the price of bitcoin and Ethereum on the market falls. And you can see the current crypto market conditions, almost all red coins, and freefall. That makes investors save their money instead of investing, because maybe they are afraid of losing.
