Why not people quit from bounty because maximum projects never be succeed. Even some projects successfully complete and arrange exchanges but they don't payments bounty Hunters. So bounty Hunters quite from bounty Campaigns.

Quitting bounty will not benefit you but campaign. What will happen to your time and work hard? Just thank you is not enough. You participate because at the beginning you agreed to terms and conditions of particular campaign. Hunters will adjust and not the terms and regulation of the project.
Not all campaigns are garbage there are some gold of it.

Yes, that's true many hunters already leave this sector. Not sure how we are going to earn crypto if bounty activity stoped. There is a lot of bot account and many people try to cheat. Even sometimes bounty hunter does this kind of work too. After working so hard they just change the rules or do not want to pay at all.

They changed the rules suddenly, or decrease the number of allocations for bounty immediately once the bounty program has just ended. Finally, the bounty hunters just got for cents or almost no values.

It means you can survive to continue doing bounties even if you are very disappointed. I guess it because you still have a dream to earn money from bounties. I also still continue working on bounties, I think it is no problem, the tasks aren't hard, quite simple in my opinion.

2018 and 2019 were simply bad, not only for overall crypto market but bounties were the worst hit negatively and the main reason was dozens of icos turning scams and many others not paying or deceiving bounty hunters with cuts or kyc. Now slowly i think the market seems to be improving and we are now getting to see some good projects and campaigns popping up too.

You have identified the main problems of Bounty Program. A present, 70% bounty programs are have such problems and bounty hunters are feeling boring now with to cope up with these activities. I have also decided to participate in less bounties by justifying the authentication. But it is very much necessary to abolish scam project from the forum.

Recently, not only people with less experiences, experienced bounty hunters also begin to quit from bounty activities. I know very well the big reasons why they quit. That's why I think they cannot be blamed by the action. Let's see below the reasons. 

Here are the most reasons:

1. A lot of bounty programs only resulted with pennies.
2. Many scam ICOs, resulting no rewards for bounty hunters.
3. Many bounty managers / teams of bounty projects changed the rules after bounties were over. They asked for KYC and lessen the bounty allocation significantly.
4. Bounty tokens/coins have no prices once listed on exchanges.
5. Bear market still continues and no big signs to have bullrun in the near future.
 
I also consider and think deeply about those problems, but I am still confidence to work on bounty programs as long as there is a hope for a better crypto future.

Yes, you may be right here. Market condition also create affect here and on the other hand come scammers and exchanges come to market only to stolen tokens or ETH, BTC. So that Hunters gone upset when they lost their hard working tokens and eth or btc. So these everything is main fact to quite bounty.
