[Analysis] Why do people quit from bounty?

Yes, they stopped because of it. For me, this is the usual thing if the bounty hunter decides to quit. I personally also argue that we do this work there is no guarantee. All can happen like a fake project because many bad guys want to earn money quickly. I understand the feeling of bounty hunters, even I sometimes want to quit. But I still have great expectations here.

It took a long time to do the Bounty, 3 to 4 new months got coins. But when it will end, the Bounty project stops and there is no clarity about the development of the project. While this Bounty Hunter has taken the time to do the promotion, and eventually they are disappointed for wasting time. And there are many other causes that make bounty hunters stop.

I realize that this is a disappointment, but I personally do not want to follow in their footsteps, stop not working on the Bounty project. For me, the chance to get the money is still wide open.

This past two years has been a nightmare in bounty hunting. Several scam projects, even the good ones find way to slash rewards. They simply don't want to pay either they are scared of dumping which is stupid because the token usually allocated for bounty is a small percentage of supply.

Many scam projects and very long campaign times make people think of participating in bounties. I also feel that at the moment Bounty has failed more and is less valuable than the tokens and coins given. Compared to the time worked out is very detrimental and just a waste of time

If covid 19 is over maybe I will stop doing the Bounty and prefer to work that I do everyday. Bounty is currently spending more time until 12 weeks for one project. You can imagine if the project failed or the prize does not match the work done. This plague situation made me lose my real job because the company suffered losses. I did the Bounty because I didn't get a job.

Yes, indeed many bounty hunters are leaving the bounty project right now. I think the reasons you mentioned are the root cause. Most grace programs now have this kind of problem; As a result, projects do not succeed. Gracious hunters do not get any reward for this, even if one or the other succeeds, they do not have much exchange value. Also adding to the fact that bounties paid signature members like you is another reason why you and many legends are still hunting in bounty. your payment amount to halve of what over 30% of hunters earned here. it is also another reason why some people choose not to continue.  the twitter hustling is not really paying some .

If you work on bounties as a side job or only fill spare time, then it is no problem at all. The problem is once you expect too much on bounties or rely on bounties as your main job. But yes, there are some of them really worthed and give me some money. So, it is a good decision to work on bounty again.

Recently, not only people with less experiences, experienced bounty hunters also begin to quit from bounty activities. I know very well the big reasons why they quit. That's why I think they cannot be blamed by the action. Let's see below the reasons. 

Here are the most reasons:

1. A lot of bounty programs only resulted with pennies.
2. Many scam ICOs, resulting no rewards for bounty hunters.
3. Many bounty managers / teams of bounty projects changed the rules after bounties were over. They asked for KYC and lessen the bounty allocation significantly.
4. Bounty tokens/coins have no prices once listed on exchanges.
5. Bear market still continues and no big signs to have bullrun in the near future.
 
I also consider and think deeply about those problems, but I am still confidence to work on bounty programs as long as there is a hope for a better crypto future.

Till now i do not have any answer because I am enjoying bounty campaign. Facing problem in any job is truth and you have to bear that. Life is tough.

Too many Bounty projects have failed and SCAM so Bounty hunters have stopped working/participating in Bounty campaigns. They are tired of waiting for sweet promises and the lure of gifts from Bounty that they are working on, because everything is a lie and only makes it hurt. But for true Bounty hunters, they will not give up. They will continue to work on it even though most of it is paid a little.
