Stellar is much younger than ETH and there is a huge multidue of projects run on ETH with the upcoming ETH 2.0 implementation IMHO Stellar can't challenge ETH dominace however being developed by Americans will be more attractive to some projects also from the regulatory perspective

Agreed, Ethereum is old coin that have big community and has been integrated to many projects.
The biggest smart contract platform.
I think stellar won't overtake Ethereum at the next few years, It will take along years to go.

Stellar and Ethereum do not serve exactly the same industry. Ethereum provides services on smart contracts. Stellar is a fast and secure payment gateway. Also, to be realistic, Ethereum has too many developers. As long as the developers continue to be there, no one can beat Ethereum.

Hello, XLM rank is number 24 buddy, and we all see Ethereum is still on  number 2 on crypto currency.
I suggest you don't have high expectations stellar may overtake Ethereum.
Ethereum is more popular and always being the queen of crypto currency.
Maybe BNB  and Solana that have potentially to beat Ethereum for the short time, but I believe Ethereum will overtake them again and  being number second on top coins.

XLM is good and very potential coin, But I don't think stellar will overtake Ethereum. Its too far mate.

Like the Stellar will not overtake Ethereum for the next few years, maybe it will never happen. Ethereum is the king of Altcoin and has always been a priority for Hold Jagka Panang, and I think Stellar is not as big and as popular as Ethereum. It took a long time for Stellar and the team to make this coin popular and could compete with Ethereum

I checked coinmarketcap for Stellar and Ethereum coins, it turns out that both are coins that have been circulating in the cryptocurrency circle for a very long time, I am also sure that Stellar must have a lot of history because OP wrote that Stellar will be able to overtake Ethereum. The evidence now is that Stellar is still too far away to overtake Ethereum and maybe in the past Stellar was side by side with Ethereum. Stellar currently seems unable to overtake Ethereum because I see that Stellar is less well-known compared to Ethereum.
