It is 50/50,holding is a good option when you have invested or earn a coin or token through bounty in a reliable company. This same strategy will not be a good option for pump and dump ICO,for such companies it will be better selling of when there is a pump,but the big question is the next buyer when and how is he going to sell if the coin is dumped,it means all buyers after pumping and dumping run into scam and loses.

absolutely right, we always look forward to the bull when we are bored with the bear market. But unfortunately we don't know when exactly the bull market will come and can only wait with hope.
