I will choose to hold in this situation, if you able to take a wider view few years ago bitcoin is only worth a penny so if you actually bought it at the low you are still at profit now.

Nope i dont think so as matter of comparison from the previous years still 2018 has still more to show in terms of development,value,and market size. Like market capitalization, Bitcoin prices and most of the top 100 Cryptocurrency in the market has gaining enough value compare to the previous years. so i dont think 2018 is the darkest year for Cryptocurrency Industry.

I would not call it the darkest year yet, that's premature. We just entered the 2nd of November and we still ave the whole of December before we decide. You may change your view again if the market somehow recovers before the year ends.
