Of course you can because there are a lot of Altcoins that are fair with Fiat.
For example, with USDT or Tether, and in the local market there are also many pairs with Fiat.

In my own opinion I think cryptocurrency market and its investors can still survive even without bitcoin because there are still lots of profitable altcoins that investors may choose to gain a good profit

I think specifically, the addition of one or more designated “administrators” defeats the purpose of the invention and leads to unclear benefits compared to a traditonal relational database.

actually we can survive if there is no bitcoin, because other coins also have technology that is not inferior to bitcoin, but I think it will affect the price of crypto currency on the exchange

Yes, of course we can still survive even if we have no Bitcoin. Because we can still still be able to find stable jobs that will be able to provide us with sustainable income throughout the year and this will help us maintain our basic needs for our daily lives. Bitcoin or Cryptocurrency may only be a source of additional income if we have a stable job.

I think its a big yes because people still have a lot of choices that they can invest in absence of bitcoin which they think profitable and also there are so many new coins are coming they can invest also in ICO were they can buy cheap tokens.
