Why are bounty hunters guilty?

Before the ico, they have already budgeted amount of tokens that is for bounty. This way they can predict, if bounty hunter will sell their tokens.  Dumping of price is not about Bounty hunters, so many projects in the past has no ICO but managed to perform very well.

I think bounty hunters are innocent. The bounty percentage's are really low if we want to compare with crowdsale token percentage . Bounty hunters not a reason of dumps. All the crowdsale investors dump their tokens immediately. I am sure of that. Surely some token release for bounty hunters can cause some little dumps but teams can handle that with timing and some buy orders.

Bounty Hunter is not guilty in any case, they are freelance workers and provide all participants with token payments, I think there are no agents or platforms that want to be paid with tokens, they want dollars or Bitcoin and ethereum, there is no price reduction caused by bounties hunter

basically, there are some bounty hunters who sell crypto them at cheap prices after they get paid. that makes the price of tokens in the market decline and investors experience losses. but we also cannot blame the bounty hunter because if the project we are following is good, then we will also get good results too.
