That ETF is not approved today - this doesent meant that it's not gonna happen. SEC approve ETF when nobody will expect that happen.

Maybe , but still no one can predict future, also many crypto experts says that the full recovery of market will be 2019 or 2020 but lets just hope something will happen before the end of the year so that many people will still be happy

According to you its all depends on ETF approval. I also heard about ETF but don't have much knowledge about it. If we see the current market condition and analyse the charts there is no sign of bullish move yet. But we can remain optimistic and think positive but it is hyperbole to say true that altcoin will be a bull market in 2019. But one thing I know market does not run always in one direction so its has to shift its gear to upward sometime later for sure.

yes, it is very likely that there will be a Bull run in 2019 if that happens this year, from now on, there are signs to go up but apparently for now there are no market signs
we all just predict or estimate that can be wrong and true but I believe one day it will happen.

I've wrote this over and over. There can't be a predicition of the price and the market cycle. You might guess but there are never a 100% sureness of this situation. Otherwise anybody who is in this market would be richie rich.

I will advice to stop this bull of a thing and make use of any opportunities around you now even in the bear market as the expectation will only gives nothing in return but lost as many are getting burn now due to sudden crash in market cause they are all anticipating for bull run in December and now they can see that December or any month has no power over market . So get to work and forget bull coming of a story to learn how what you are in works not just sitting and expecting moon.

in 2017 the altcoin experienced a bull market,
but different in 2018 altcoin has a bear market, even very severe,
and some people give up on this situation.
if we look at statistics, the altcoin will experience a bull market again, at least these signs will be seen if the ETF is approved,
but if the ETF is not approved, chances are the bull market is still far away.

Yes, I think It will happen. The bull market will come in 2019. I see the market is struggling now, It will rise again soon.
