Actually, it does not matter how you call it. Although I will never consider a virtual currency a physical metal, I agree that now, BTC is valuable.

It's comparing apples and oranges. Gold is gold because of its rarity and actual physical properties. Bitcoin has nothing to do with that, although it is still quite valuable.
