SEC BEGINS ICO SHUTDOWN

The SEC has gone after 2 projects which have had recent ICOs. This may not be the first time that has happened but there are 3 reasons why this time is different and could be the start of a new Crypto trend.

1. UTILITY TOKENS - The projects made ICO purchasers confirm that they were only buying tokens for future utility

2. USD REFUNDS - Investors in both projects can re-claim their investments... in USD not in ETH

3. COMPLIANT - Even though both projects have carried out illegal, unregistered security offerings, the SEC has taken a reasonable approach and is allowing the projects to become compliant by paying a fine and registering as securities now.
