where are the investors?

I see that there are many ICOs that fail and several be paused or cancelled. because the ICO can reach the soft cap. 
where is the investor??

Investors are here, projects are gone due to security and funding reasons. If you are not running an all star project, nobody would invest into your project, and ICO project owners are aware of this situation.

Most of the investors are very quite nowadays due to afraid of losing their investment so ICO should expect low of funds because some of the investors did not buy more tokens to hold due to continous fall down of the market and also people are now very careful in choosing a good project to avoid any possible losses.

I think most investors are staying away from the market since most ICO failed due to the bearish market that started this year.Only few projects reached their hard cap and even if they did some ever failed to gather more support from investors after the ico.let's hope that the market will start recovering.so that big investors will start entering the crypto market again.

everyone has their respective strategies in crypto for investment. sometimes hold long can deliver big results but can also make falling in value. but the crypto situation like this then sued must be wise in taking decisions. hold long will be submitted along with the good because it affects the growth of crypto. selling or taking off at this time certainly gives only losses on condition of bad crypto It's right.  It is of course necessary to follow the news, but everyone must draw conclusions himself, and only after that there must be actions!

Yes I see the market is struggling  now. The price is going down. I think the investors are wait and see the market. They want the market will be green again.

Some ICO fail only because of the weak draft, and where they generally are very strong, but the team is not able to cope with them!

as an investor they certainly want a project that has good prospects in the future. usually the investors will be interested in projects that have good concepts, potential coins, and also the project that has a trusted team. it will make the investors interested in joining a project.

In my opinion the investors are not really interested in funding any ico now.because we know that there are many failed ico and the crypto price is not in good condition now.But it will pass away, everything will be better in the future I believe that.
