We are here. DO you mean the whales or any kind of investors? I believe that investors don't leave crypto world. But now, many new coins are growing and investor are separated so that they are likely not seen. They also only put their money into promising and trusted projects.

Large numbers of investors are now picking IEO over ICO. So many ICO projects are scam and just take away the money of investors that's why they have chose to invest in IEO and ICO. in the coming years, I think the ICO are will be worsen and all project will pick up ieo for funding.

I disagree with you investors know what they are doing and a proof of this, the early investors made a good profit but when Scame ICO start to showing up some fail victims and was scammed due to the fact that they do not do their homework and study project and team very well.
the main reasons that no a lot of investors now is the market condition,
if i want to invest now the price of the sold and good projects coins is very cheep so why should i invest in ICO i wil buy an ongoing well know project coin.
but market start to rise and situation is going to change. some good new projects start to show up.

I see that there are many ICOs that fail and several be paused or cancelled. because the ICO can reach the soft cap.

There are no many investors on the ICOs projects because it is high risk of losing money and however many the ICOs projects still does not have any products (mostly of them), it makes the investors go away from the ICOs based on my opinions should the people who want make investment in the ICOs make sure that they have already products and they have real of company which has been registered on the local country, it will helps to ignore bad the ICOs projects and scam projects.

the real question is? don't you think we need regulations. a world without a leader will achieve nothing. who do you expect to invest in over 200 ICO and IEO  that sprung out monthly. that too much money. everybody is going back to bitcoin and ethereum. the new projects are similar to rest.

I feel most of the investors are not taking interest in investing ICOs. The concern is most of the ICOs failing and scammed the money of investors nowadays investors are more actively participating in IEOs. I think investors need some assurance of their money and this can be possible if there would be some kind of regulation in ICOs.
