Bear market should be one of the main reason why more and more projects is dead. Lacking of funds to continue what they set out to do is the most crucial, during a bear market like now investors  are very careful in investing into an ICO and only the best of the best will be included in their list.

I think there is several factor that cause the projects are dead. The purpose of project and The man behind the project.

Yes. At present many projects are dead and not a developing project. Because we see the project does not include investment funds from investors. When viewed at this time, more and more fewer investors are participating. So maybe that's why many projects die.
