Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts.

Because these projects were scams. It's been quite difficult to distinguish the good project from the bad ones. Among other things, investors lose interest in the ICO, as the market is now showing a negative trend. Many projects are simply unlucky enough to try to raise any funds.

Yes I agree. There is several factor, why the projects are dead. The team and the project purpose. I think It is the reason why.

Poor management, lack of experience, inactivity, lack of honesty and sincerity of the team is one of the main reason for failing projects in the ICO. Now bearish market condition is the main reason for failure to reach minimum softcap target. Investors are in fear, they are observing the situation.
