i think i can not untertand fully your mean, but some new can population well, such as DEC token, it will grow strongly and take top 200 coin, if you want some new coin good you can find out and you can hold some top token, it will go up in future

I think in next year if we have the ETF funds and the STO can take the trust of investors than we can have a better kind of CO. STO is more complete than ICO original and it’s can protect the investors
