There is no altcoins that is capable of replacing Bitcoin as it is now.
Maybe there will be in the future but definitely not now.
Bitcoin is more popular and more accepted than any other crypto.

I do not think that any other cryptocoin can replace bitcoin.I always believe that BTC is the base of crypto market and if any coin replace than people will not believe in crypto market any more.i can never imagine to replace BTC with any other coin.

Yes I think Altcoins will replace BTC soon. But It will take several years again. Because Bitcoin is more popular and more valuable.

We all Know that Bitcoin is the king of cryptocurrency with amazing return. But after entering 2018,the protagonists of cryptocurrency will not all be Bitcoin, and Altcoin will try to change the status of cryptocurrency. May be Altcoin will replace BTC.

I think there are strong reasons for the BTC to go sideways and next year turn into an alt-year... BTC looks like it's going nowhere before november 2019...
regarding replacement of BTC... I think BTC is outdated and was already surpassed by other currency coins, devs focused only on the money and hype and forgot about the other possible applications for btc blockchain... but I don't think it will dissapear right away...

more time is needed for that. Altcoins are not powerful enough to replace bitcoin right now. However in the following years it is likely to see other competitors rising. Maybe in 10 years time we will have a new bitcoin

all Altkoni want.  if not replace Bitcoin, then at least be better.  In fact, the majority of alternative cryptocurrencies are common Bitcoin clones, which slightly changed some of the characteristics of Bitcoin.

Personally altcoins has amendment the cycle of my life , i will say that it helps Maine lots in my monetary standing wherever in i earned  a lot of extra money through altcoins in mercantilism and investment from ICO's. currently i'm holding altcoins in my billfold , and looking ahead to their values to rise in order that i will build enough profits once more and earn extra money on behalf of me to able to end our house and that i should purchase my very own bike that i wished most.

Yes I think ripple, ethereum, EOS , NEO are very potential altcoin. They will replace bitcoin at the coming future.
