Altcoins will replace BTC

I think bitcoin will not lose its price especially its popularity. for me the most altcoin that will stand out at the moment is ethereum and bnb.

Does anyone here still believe in Altcoins replacing Bitcoin? It's interesting to see how many people used to believe this would happen until BTC dominance took back the majority of the crypto market. Now people question whether altcoins will survive, rather than whether they will replace Bitcoin.

The most known alts that can compete BTC in terms of price and market dominance is only ETH, but am not seeing this to happen sooner. BTC has leading all of the coins in the crypto space and it's not possible yet to be replace by just another alts in the space. It won't happen for the next 5years I think! or it will not happen for a long time. Adoption has been gradually recognize by the people but only bitcoin leads it all. If there would be survey to which coins is known to the world, I think BTC will took 90% of the responders.

replacing bitcoin is another difficult tasks to any altcoins.  Bitcoin has already enticed a moderate mass adoption and to defeat it is kind of difficult. but from the market survey, ethereum and ripple has potentials to be an alternative to bitcoin if and only bitcoin is dead

Altcoins maybe will replace Bitcoin, but if this happens, it will happen at least in decades, because investors are now only investing in Bitcoin and altcoins are not interested to them, so maybe we won’t even see it.

I am absolutely sure that after some time Bitcoin will lose its cryptocurrency leader position and its price dominance. However, after Bitcoin, there will no longer be a pronounced cryptocurrency leader. There will be several of them at once, since cryptocurrency is developing in different directions and there will be many promising types of it.

For some pople this is already happening, people use more altcoins to pay products and services. Not in price but altcoins can replace btc in the everyday use

impossible, even though there is better cryptocurrency in all respects, bitcoin will continue lead to decentralized crypto. He is the owner of history, he is king, crypto with all its advantages will only raise the price of bitcoin

The thing is Bitcoin has more followers because it was the first cryptocurrency. Its popularity will resist replacement from any one altcoin, unless if it stops developing in the future,which I don't believe will happen.

this will never ever happen. no matter what. altcoins will keep disappearing and new ones keeps coming out. the current scams that mar the altcoin is getting out of hand. we might see a situation where everything faze out except bitcoin. the situation is terrible.

as long as there are transactions to buy bitcoin, it is certain that bitcoin will continue to run and will not be lost. in my opinion ethereum is still the mainstay for altcoin.

Bitcoin will never disappear, if this happens, then all altcoins will disappear after it, because Bitcoin is what the whole world of cryptography rests on. And no one can ever get ahead of it in price.
