Can Ethereum Return To #2 Position In CMC Before 2018 End?

I am not expecting Ethereum to regain the number two spot on coinmarketcap at the end of the year. The closest date for that happening is on the launch of the new ethereum platform. A good estimate is around the first quarter.

I think it's hard to go up, because the additional supply done by ethereum and the down trend is now underway, it's difficult for ethereum to return to position 2 in cmc at the end of 218, but who knows if in 2019 ethereum can go back up,

basically, we cannot predict the crypto prices because we know that the crypto prices are unstable, sometimes up and down. I think eth and ripple have good prospects, both are good to use as short-term investments. we must be able to understand the crypto market and choose the right coins to invest in order to make a profit.

Ethereum is quite weak on the other hand I feel ripple is quite strong at this time. As we can see now there is huge difference between Xrp and ethereum total marketcap and its not easy for ethereum to fill this huge gap of total marketcap. So in my opinion ethereum takes time to be again on no 2 position it seems not possible this year till then XRP will remain no 2 for sometime.

don't think Ethereum will be able to take back its position before this 2018 will end, because Ripple is also getting strong on the cap even in the volume.

The market is bearish we all are aware of that, Ripple has been struggling to take the second position on CoinMarketCap for a long time now, most times when it manahed to climb to #2 position, it will not take Ethereum 24hrs to push it back to the #3 place, but in for some days now Ripple has been in the #2 position on CMC and there has been no sign of Ethereum going back there, my question here is will Ethereum get back to #2 before this year end?

I dont think so! Because on the current situation it will not happen this year i believe its possible during 3rd quarter of 2019 but remember crypto-currency is full of surprise who knows it will happen.

I think it's hard for to achieve the ethereum position 2 again for several months. we know that the market now is experiencing a downturn.

it can happen and might be possible to do by ethereum but it has to wait for good news to be able to return prices and rankings from ethereu, as long as there is no good news it will be very difficult.

Well   any  thing  is  possible,  ETH  can  rise  up  any  time  to  take  back  his  second  position  in  the  coin  market   cap,  it might  be  at  the  ending  part  of the year  or  early  2019.
