I currently buy new coins after they are registered at the exchange.
Ico is actually good for getting discounts and low prices. But the price of coins after Ico usually will go down. So I have the advantage to buy at the time the coin is registered and sell it at Ico prices.

Yeah, actually I earn a lot more in ICO or whatever they call it as you said. But take note that not all the coins or token doing an ICO is worthy of your money to be invested in. Some are just run off scammers
