Investment and Technology Innovators to be Listed on CDRX

Two companies have announced partnerships with blockchain fintech business CDRX. Parker Wright, a global investment company, and the Domain Name Company, a veteran of the domain name industry, have signed exclusive agreements to list their securities on the platform.

In a press release published on Medium, Parker Wright announced its intention to raise up to $250m for its Quantitative AI on CDRX.

“Having conclusively demonstrated the performance of our Quantitative AI fund since January 2018, CDRX’s digital asset platform gives us the opportunity to open the fund to a wider pool of accredited investors, and execute transactions at significantly lower cost compared to alternatives ” the company was quoted in the press release. “These savings are a game changer for the investment community, which will directly benefit investors in the form of higher net returns.”

With offices and affiliates in London, Singapore, New York, Hong Kong, Chicago, Los Angeles and Tokyo, Parker Wright consists of fintech and banking veterans with over 15 years of experience in the field.

In a second press release on Medium, The Domain Name Company, a domain registration name service founded in 1996, announced that its equities would be exclusively listed on CDRX’s digital assets platform. The listing would provide investors with the opportunity to own stakes in a number of digital properties and domain names.

CDRX is a blockchain-based project, which merges traditional financial markets and tokenized digital assets. The platform converts existing assets into marketable securities by buying equities in existing markets, placing them in trusts or depository banks, and issuing tokens legally backed by the underlying assets. The token, called Crypto Depository Receipts (CDRs), enable the fractional ownership of the underlying assets, which lets even small investors participate in trading with some of the most expensive assets worldwide.

CDRX’s method fits existing legal, regulatory and technological frameworks. Following a successful pre-sale round, the company launched its pre-ICO subscription this Monday, and already secured commitments of $19 million in private funding.
