Well at the very least please those out there, make rational decisions not based off of greed or fear.. this is the types of trades that will get you in trouble,... bear markets are supposed to feel bad, thats how they're designed.

You're right whales is always watching to those who are weak to hold and sold their valuable coins with a low price. Here in crypto you are weak if you're impatience for your holdings, we have to be patience for good outcome.

This whale is really terrible because it can move the price conditions in the exchange place as they wish, because the trading capital they have is very much. so you should be able to follow the price movements of the exchange only and not be affected by the surrounding conditions.

Not only whales, I think.
Basically all crypto traders should be like that. Buy when prices are low, and sell when prices are high.
Therefore, we must due diligence, analyse and choose, which coins should be held first, which coins should be sold. Not all coins have good prospect.
