To buy or not to buy at the current moment  depends on what is your foresight of NEO in the future if you think NEO is super undervalue by all means you should buy now but if you think NEO does not have such potential maybe you should reconsider in buying. Buying potentially good coins when their value is low is an opportunity if you are able to see the benefit in it, don't just buy coins blindly based on the price of the coin.
