Is it good to buy after ICO because price may drop?

The strategy to buy after ICO is interesting enough, however I think it will be wiser to buy during ICO period. There are many discounts if you buy in ICO and also contribute to the successful of an ICO.

If it was during 2017 ,I would have advised you buy ICos because you know then it's a normal scenario to see coins doing times 5 on getting listed.
No one would be able to buy.
But that's not the case now as coins are far cheaper when listed than the ico price, although not all coins.

Price of the tokens will drop below ICO price so this decision is risky but let it be so once you have decided to buy tokens in the market than during ICO.

Probably in this bear market that's a good idea. It seems like anymore, prices drop after the ICO or after a bounty / airdrop is distributed. I haven't done research whether or not many are increasing after ICO, just speaking from personal experience.

Actually it is a very big problem. In-fact,this problem mainly affects the overall investment.At this moment few projects that immediately after the listing with rise in price. The only advantage investors have at the time of pre- sale when there are very large discounts and bonuses when buying tokens.

There are some coins that increasing despite of the market condition. Some altcoins went to the bottom from ICO price. Now could be the perfect time to buy your dream coin once it decline.

Almost every new coins and token now are 90% below their ICO price because of the bear market and this decline
hurts a lof investors of those particular projects.

I also wait for the coin to get listed because sometime coin takes times for listing so I prefer to buy when coin get listed so that time we have enough time to analyse the coin properly whether it will be probitable to buy or not but in ICO stage we get good bonus as well. Last year it was not like that coin listed below the ICO price and this year it happen normally just because of the bearish market trend. So sometime its good to buy after ICO.

Yes, the prices are much lower than the ICOs price because of crypto price decline, and a good opportunity to buy more coins. However, the current situation are not helping investors and even enthusiasts, i think it is causing lost of interest and the results could be more adverse in ICOs participation and crypto price fall.

yes if indeed you have the ability to succeed in researching the quality of ICO projects, I think this is the right time to buy ico when the first listing is on the market.

Sometime is is yes, better to buy on exchanges because the prices are lower than ICOs. But it cannot be applied for all ICOs, some coin ICOs are cheaper in ICOs and there many discounts there. The low prices on exchanges are not happened for all time.

I think for now it is not good to invest in ICO, especially IOCs that have platforms are the same as existing coins.
I also see ICOs in South Korea starting a lot of good ones, such as TEMCO, VANTA and Contents Protocol but all of these coins have not been listed in large markets such as Binance and HitBTC.

Well with the new system which this new start-ups uses now when listing,  I think it's better to buy after ico because it's more cheaper there are no difference anymore
