buying tokens after ICO I think is quite productive if the HC project is likely that the token will rise again to the ICO price, now that is not recommended if buying ICO tokens whose sales are not until HC is difficult to rise if the price has dropped during the first listing

I agree with you, now is the time to buy, because indeed the bounty hunters usually throw away the coins they receive after getting it from the bounty, and we can buy it at cheap prices, but we must be careful, sometimes developers pump the coins to raise price, and if that happens, we don't buy it.

It's true now is the time to buy crypto, while the crypto price is cheap like now, if we don't buy it now we will regret if the crypto price becomes high, the ups and downs in crypto are the things we've been waiting for, and this is the moment in where should we buy crypto.
