外汇结算提供商 CLS 和 IBM 开始使用基于区块链的支付网络服务。投资银行业巨头高盛 Goldman Sachs 和摩根士丹利 Morgan Stanley 是第一批使用新推出的 CLSNet 的公司。CLS 和 IBM 在 Hyperledger Fabric 区块链上开发了 CLSNet。CLS 首席战略表示：标准化和自动化的支付网络流程将改善流动性，降低成本，提高运营效率，并最终支持业务增长。
