Cryptocurrencies are generally volatile in nature ,so there is no way of getting the market stable.

Holding on the other hand can help curtail the bearishness of the market.

Holding is the best option if you are sure of the future and you does not need the money for next few years, some people might choose to surrender now but even if you make a sell order now your portfolio will not be happy either.
