Each one has his own strategy...the most important thing is to have clear idea of what you are doing. If you buy crypto with a long term view I think that it's better to respect the planning so in that case hold is the best decision (of course I'm talking about most known crypto like BTC, ETH.... not for small coins)

This is quite a sensitive story, because after this fall of man is very difficult to sell cryptocurrency on how many percent it went up.

Didn't know people who would agree to sell the coins they already hold more than one year. Only if they will take 10000%

I believe that you can stop only when you realize that this profit from the asset is sufficient for you.

I personally wrote a strategy for how to get a profit, I will sell the asset. Let it continue to fly into space, but it is at this level, I will sell it.

You should specify an exit point even before getting into a coin. This is the line where you should stop hodling.

If the market is continuously decreases at that time hold is the best option. Make your own strategy. In this market conditions when your coins expected value is given to you . You can sell that , don't be greedy.

That's what I think, I don't have a lot of time to trade daily and see the crypto market at CMC every day I can buy coins at low prices, there will be no time to hold coins if they really lose and experience a lot of losses, right now I'm still waiting and what I see is that Bitcoin takes more than 4 years to reach $20k

It is really hard to make a decision when you are selling. There is always going to be a whistle who claims that the price will go higher, so you should wait. Just set your levels first, and then sell no matter what. Take your precautions.

many like that. they say Just Hodl because they don't buy tokens or they don't trade. for those of us, who buy tokens, we still have to monitor the graph if the price drops. and it requires precision to see prices. if we analyze it wrongly. we will loss. not them.

Yes... Good advice, very important. Know when to HODL and stop holding. Many people just say hodl without setting targets and at the end the price dumps right in their face. It has happened to me a lot when I was a Newbie. The advice is set a target and sell, when sold take profit and never look back even if it increases more especially when it's a short term project. It's sometimes difficult to know if the price will go higher or fall.

Holding has been a very good strategy for old timers in the crypto system, things change as time goes on, but one thing is for sure that even the old strategy still works, but when a smart idea is added to it.

There are many sources if you want to learn about "stop losses" and "cut losses". It is true that we cannot say to hold every time, we sometimes need to decide for "stop losses" or "cut losses". But to remember if it is the ultimate option for the worst cases only.

In my opinion, there is no certain time to hold the coin. Holding is different with trading. Holding will need more times until the price of the coins are better. You can stop holding if you cannot wit again for the better market. Holding will need the big patient.

I do not even see the point in hodl such projects on which you poorly understand the course of their actions, because the knowledge of their actions is the most important.
