Some governments are starting to embrace blockchain and cryptocurrencies and others are literally closing the doors to this technology. Do you think governments will continue to fight back against cryptocurrencies and decentralization?
Governments do not close the door to blockchain technology. I do not know of any state that would have a negative attitude to the blockchain technology and would not intend to use this technology in its activities.
Regarding cryptocurrency, the situation is much more complicated here, since, in general, decentralized cryptocurrency is unprofitable for governments. Under pressure from people, governments can accept the cryptocurrency for circulation within the country, but they will not actively support it.
