Will the governments kill cryptocurrencies

I doubt if governments will be serious to kill cryptocurrencies. I think they just realize that cryptocurrencies have the opportunity to give big advantages to the governments around the world. So, I guess they won't kill cryptocurrencies.

I think it will last and continue to survive, the command will not kill crypto, but it is possible the government will be able to apply taxes on crypto ownership.

Some governments may be willing to do it. But it is difficult to kill cryptocurrencies actually. Cryptocurrencies involve all people around the world. They cannot stop crypto because crypto is very complicated and widely held by many people. This is also promising.

What will regulation do ...  nothing good.  Goverments rarely does something good for ordinary citizens.  There will be a tightening of rules, exclusion of poor investors (as in usa - accredited investors who have a certain income).  I personally oppose regulation.

I think that there will be a transition period... we are probably already in it... but general adoption will be natural and no one can turn away from it.
Probably, some countries will have their own government cryptocurrencies, or, who knows, maybe we'll be finnaly having a global currency generally accepted... curious to see, but only time will tell

It is true. Crypto users are all people around the world. There will no regulation from governments to stop them. Since crypto has been spread out around the world. I don't see a chance that all governments in the world will agree to ban cryptocurrency.

Every Government in the world wants to kill Cryptocurrencies even the Government that accepted, they just accepted it because they confessed that you simply can't kill it so they took another approach which is ( If you can't end something then it is better to control it) and that is what is happening most countries that accepted Cryptocurrencies are adding rules that let them monitor the whole thing they keep push regulation and we all know that regulation is against the main idea of Cryptocurrency.

It makes no sense for the government to kill the cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a massive phenomenon, a much more advantageous solution would be to take control of the cryptocurrency, impose additional taxes and restrictions. Another mechanism for managing people in the hands of the government. All attempts to destroy the cryptocurrency will only lead to its even greater distribution.

No i don't think the government around the world can kill cryptocurrencies because as you said that cryptocurrencies is decentralize, if they really want kill bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies they must ban the internet and i am sure they will not do it. So cryptocurrencies and technology of blockchain will be alive and grow up day by day.
