Thinking about sell? Or invest more?

I feel market is at its bottom so this is the best time to invest more but I think many of the investors are not in the condition to invest more because they already are in huge loss due to the continuous bearish trend from past 1 year but I would prefer to hold my coins if I am unable to invest more.
