My questions is that have you seen any bounty campaign without team members and the project succeeded?

I prioritize seeing team members and team experience before joining the bounty. it is unlikely that the project will succeed if without a team member. how people will trust the project without a team and experience.

Personally i have never see this happen before, i am quite sure team members are there for a reason, even the most capable person still need a team to complete a big project like ICO.

If the Ico project does not have a real team, they will be there and will keep their information confidential in order to improve and develop their projects
Bitcoin has anonymous team members and until now nobody knows who is as Satoshi Nakamoto.
Bitcoin is successful at a high price of $ 20k and I still believe in projects that have anonymous teams. You can search on Google

I have never participated in a bounty that did not have a team and whitepaper before. Because it was one of my considerations in following a bounty campaign. If there is such a thing, I will not join the project. Because the risk is very big for scam, so it's better to just avoid it.

Project without team members is just like a subject without an object or aim. Before participating in a bounty I checked the team members and their whitepaper if it is not here I does not join that project.

Obviously the project is something fishy. Maybe if you just want to take a try if that is real then participate. It is your own risk. But don't put your trust and whole money to that project. That kind of project is 80% scam because why engaging in crypto even they are not yet totally ready to compete.

in the year around 2017 I have seen a project about Ethereum Blue which is currently a success and changed its name to Blue Protocol, at that time there was no assignment like the current bounty campaign, only Airdrop was there but Blue Protocol was also quite successful, you could check yourself with the "BLUE" ticker in coinmarketcap and also the Blue Protocol only arranged by 2 managers who are also developers.

Projects must have teams, ideally strong teams. No team means no development, so the coin will becoming less and less secure as the client software becomes outdated. I've never heard of a project without a team succeed, although notably during the bull market "inactive" projects were pumping with the rest still...  even if only temporarily.

I am not sure about the project. an example like you buy a product without knowing the person who created the product. can you be sure of the condition and future of the project without a team member?

I have not participated in  any project that has no team members though I have seen one or two projects whose white paper were not ready before the marketing campaign began.

There are too many useless coins because of less quality of the project teams. Moreover, if the project has no team members, what the project will do. Team members are a crucial part to make a project be successful. Never think to join a project without quality team.

Without team members, an ICO project cannot exist. You probably mean that the ICO team does not want for any reason to indicate its data in the project documents. I have not seen such ICO projects, but I read that sometimes this happens. I would not risk joining such a project. Most likely, this is a fraud. The ICO team must understand that investors and bounty hunters fear multiple frauds in the ICO and should, on the contrary, be the most open and prove that they are not fraudsters. If they do not, then they should not be trusted.

Team is the most important part of success of an ICO. Without any management and marketing it is impossible to reach the funding goals and to collect at least something. Be careful with such projects and leave them aside.
