I think the person here only wants advice regarding trading at a bear market. But to answer his question, NO! When the market is BEAR, it is the perfect opportunity to trade since there is a bigger chance that most of the altcoins will rise in price once again especially that the prices right now are the mostly the lowest price it can get. Also choose to trade altcoins with volume of atleast $100,000 USD for you avoid sudden dumps.
