No one really know if it climb back but with the latest news about the hardfork and Constantinople upgrade I think there will be rally on its price but yet to know if its either on the good or bad side. If the upgrade is succesful and many features are added then some investors will trust again the eth network.

i think it will grow up again in near hard fork or in mid januari 2019, if response hard fork is good ethereum will rise again.
