Yes holding is good strategy for the situation because the bearish situation constantly attacking to cryptomarket so many best altcoins and bitcoin price is constantly falling so this is not a good time to sell instead of buy more and just hold or just wait next few months perhaps the market will drop again.

I agree with your asserton and I think people should know that market price of a coin can swing to bullish direction within split seconds because of it's high volatile nature.
So we should exercise patience in holding our coins to sell when market recovers instead of selling at loss because of fear caused by the market condition.
