The first thing I found was that the crypto community was not like the technology community. Most people build and fund blockchain projects that don't seriously do it for money, they do it because they believe deep in the power of a self-regulated society to change the world for the better. This is also why so many burners become crypto, the same enthusiasm. Of course there are people who see it from a purely financial standpoint. But I think I can say now that they are not the people who lead the movement. They are only followers. Those who care about ambitious, they are revolutionary, they live crypto until decentralized themselves. What is most often called a nomad, we call decentralized. What is most often called a long-distance team, we call a decentralized team. I also learned that tokens are actually not about currencies. They are about creating incentives for people to form self-regulating communities, behaving in ways that benefit the group. Branding a product does not mean accepting crypto as a payment: it means designing products around tokens so that the dynamics of tokens make products better. This is basically about combining behavioral economics with product design. If you are a product manager, designer or entrepreneur, you must go into that now.
