The whole world of cryptocurrencies is much broader represented here than in Bitcointalk.
Forum sections here are much more analytical and better articulated.
For example, here there are sections for each one of the most meaningful cryptocurrencies (including Btc), while BT is almost a Bitcoin-only cryptoforum, with all non-Btc cryptos being relegated into 1 single section.
For me, the best feature of this forum ist this: ALTT is the ONLY crypto forum that I know with a section dedicated specifically to Stablecoins.
Ok, the section description ("The "Stable" coins, are backed by exact amount of USD") is not 100% correct

as it considers neither Stablecoins backed by other fiat currencies nor algorithmic, cryptocurrency backed or commodity backed Stablecoins ... but still, if you look at how the Stablecoins market is expanding, this decision by the forum management at that time was clearly forward-thinking.
