Before January 2019, I think there is a very small possibility that will happen however if you hold your ethereum until the launch of hardfork, I'm sure it will reach it may exceeds more.

I think really hard for ETH to reach that target too, that target can archive after SEC approve the ETF Bitcoin. For now I guess ETH is only reach $150 before January

Agreed, and for sure in this 2018 year, none of the top 10 can do anything surprising. Because there’s still a lot of selling orders are waiting to fullfill there, people just trying to escape this madness market

May be it will achieve $200 before end of this year or rather bellow around $150-$200. Market still waiting for hard fork of ethereum 2.0. If it done it will move up again.

More likely yes, ethereum is growing. If this progress continues, the value could be $200 or above. There are more days to come so change are not close but open to make ethereum at $200.

I don't think it can touch the ethereum to $200 before the year 2019. Maybe this month can only reach $110-$150

I don't think ETH can make this target, maybe next year ETH can reach it. The  current market is so bearish and for sure no coin can archieve high price in a short time

Even though the market is starting to grow green, predicting crypto is very difficult, but to reach $ 200 before 2019, I think it's still difficult. maybe next year it can happen.
