I think It is possible But It will take several months again.  Because XRP is more potential and so high demand now.

Considering the fact that Ethereum continues to fight, I think that the time will come and Ripple will move again to its favorite 3rd place, and Ethereum will return to its second place!

Yes I think ETH will come on 2nd position again, but I dont think we can see it before the incoming hardfork. After the hardfork and everyone tests its platform, we can see ETH on top of xrp again.

Today Binance CEO has announced that they will make Ripple as one of their base coin in the next year. If this happen I think ETH will hard to compete with Ripple in the long run ahead, ETH will need to improve more to catch up with Ripple

No,  I dont believe abou that. I see ripple is more potential and high demand now.  It will take several month again.

I think so too, because ETH is still the king of ICO and no coin can replace ETH in that field, the best competitor for ETH in this field is EOS but EOS still need to grow up more to ba able to fight against ETH

I believe in the month of January eth will beat XRP in terms of total market capitalisation due to the upcoming hardfork of eth in the month of January & many buyers will obviously buy ethereum to get the split coin so I feel we will see heavy buying in ethereum in the month of January & this will help eth to surpass XRP easily.
