No end to many ICOs. Why?

Many of us may be aware that many ICOs are becoming inconclusive due to one reason or another. I personally observed that some projects colud not meet  soft cap while some are struggling to get investors doing business with them, and many of the projects hardly think of getting an end dates. What could be the reasons for this developments?  Thanks

The bear market has something to do with all the things that's happening to all ICO projects. From not meeting soft cap, Making adjustments to ICO dates, Failure to seek partnership (or previous partners backing out).

Investor funds are currently stuck in some coin or token they previously invested in. They do not want to sell it at a huge loss.

I think the reason is that there has never been any rule that stopped them for existence or coming up, maybe when regulations starts, we will see massive reduction in ICOs.

I guess they just invested in top coins only during the significant reduction. Some people have advised to invest on top coins and avoid for new coins. I think it is reasonable for the safety reason. And the investors follow the suggestions.

Not at all. Bitcoin and some proven strong coins living in crypto market for long time 'til now has nothing to do with ICO. If we look at the history and environment of crypto market, we are all convinced about whales behind who can manipulate the market. Current ICOs and the coming are in the different waves of crypto in the same place where business as usual.

Why everyone keeps pointing out scam ICOs in crypto? Normally those hoax projects can be figured out. The problem here are those investors doesn't do research and dig up on the concept and idea of those ICOs.

which became the rampant ICO that died because prices fell very deeply, especially bitcoin which has a large effect on prices. they actually planned with prices to achieve success but many failed and finally did not meet expectations so the project died in the middle of the road

I think the main reason is the market.. it's been a while since the bear market was started and most of the ico;s cant't continue their sale as the crypto market is very down.. I hope some of the ICO's that was paused will continue when market is bull

There are a few reasons led to this, on the top of them the whole market condition, you don't expect people to invest in new projects in this current stats of the market investors will for sure prefer to hold $ to pump it in main coins when they get down or other investors already stuck in losing situations with other coins, also a lot of investors not trust ICO any more due to the huge number of failed and scam projects.

Investors are afraid to invest in bearish market they want to be assured first that market is stable then I feel they will start again investing. Hope you understand project successfully finished when they acheive hardcap but nowadays new projects hardly met their even softcap due to less investors that's why projects keep extending to next date. We will see such project finished even before the target time when the market will start booming again.

Bear market is still not finished because most of investors are still afraid of entering in ICO market and I think they have reason to be. There are too many projects that are simply poor in content or have plagiarism  compared to past  similar ICO.
