Actually this whole bear market thing this actually depends on the view of every person. Of course those who witness bitcoin rising to $19k and falling back to $3.9k now is like a bad market but to those who are still new into cryptocurrency, they may see the bitcoin price already high. And another thing, you see it bear but if you actually look into other altcoins, you can still actually make good profit out of it through trading instead of just waiting for bitcoin price to rise again.

If you look at the situation with ICO, the bear market has not gone anywhere yet.  Immediately after listing, the price plummets sharply down (I don’t think investors are interested in this).  But I personally hope on change the situation.

As we all already seeing market is improving month by month this year. In my opinion btc already start moving upside and I believe sooner altcoins will also follow the btc. Started? I dont see any movement that can be source of bull run. Recent market movement still so volatile and could be manipulations. SEC delaying the ETF approval due to manipulations and cannot proceed further as there are still so many manipulations. Good that these will be removed, hopefully it does cause ETF can really helps the market go in the state of bull run.
