I saw the last few years, especially in 2016 until 2018, there were lots of exchanges, especially those that made coins themselves,
since binance successfully made BNB coins and exchanged them, so many exchanges appeared and made their own coins,
but what is the reason for many exchanges?

Every day, cryptocurrency is developing more and more and many people learn about this type of earnings, respectively, many different exchangers are developed accordingly in order to have a choice

We need more exchanges as many crypto coins made in ICOs. I think it is one of the reason. People need more places to trade them for more quality exchanges and better services. I think it is good to improve the quality of exchanges by providing a competition among exchanges.

I see tons of exchanges as well, some are really valuable and useful however there are many scam exchanges too.
We have to be really careful when it comes to funding our cryptos to an exchange. I trade at the popular exchanges and still, I am really worried about getting hacked or get stolen

the main reason is business and this benefits them, so many new exchanga that appear only pursuing purely profit goals without the need to understand the current field, so that part of the new exchange becomes a scam. I still choose established exchanges like binance and OKEx

The emergence of many exchanges and exchangers is very good for the development of cryptocurrency. In order to have a good choice, they need to have much more. Then they will fight for their customers, and not dictate their terms as they are now. Maybe then we will be less likely to undergo various KYC checks and leave our identification data everywhere.

It is not only about the need of market for new ICO coins. People create more exchanges because of greedy of profits and business reasons. I see many exchanges with less quality and some of them failed in fundraising.

Yeah, many exchanges made their own coins recently. I don't know if they are also successful like Binance or fail to exchange it. I think it is worth for several purposes only, and for long uses, it seems not really needed except for trading.

As many ICOs appear, the crypto exchanges really show its great movement. We can count more exchanges so far. ICO with exchange concept is commonly considered as more valuable ICO because most of them are successful. It leads the presence of the exchanges. We can check on the coin market cap for the exchanges that have the higher rates.

Well it's a free market to so people can do what they want. If we have another bad year in the market I'm sure many will have to shut down.

In 2018, i have participated at leat 30 exchangers bounty and last two years more than 50+ exchangers appeared. This is too much exchangers and there is no need of huge number of exchangers. This is one of the reasons of liquidity shortage that enhances the crypto market to the decline.

If my opinion is that the coin actually represents the exchange, where the coin is used as a tool to give results from referrals or others, almost all the outstanding exchanges in the world have their own coins and the value is different from the others.

lots of exchanges are getting better because there are many choices and certainly can choose the most suitable price in sales, but with a lot of exchanges it also causes my fear as a user because now there are many fake and deceptive exchanges

I think its only for business purpose. If any team launch an exchanger successfully they can earn daily from traders. On the other hand its a long business process if they maintain it which is tension free business.
