I have watched some coins, that they are really good coin, so if the whole crypto coin market has been dumped, I will have much more buying ability and can buy more coins, however the price only declined a little in the past days.

If you expect for big falling, I think you have missed the period. I think the big falling has happened on December 2018, there are a lot of coins with very bad prices. However, I don't know what will happen tomorrow, but I think the rise will begin from January 2019.
