Both Ethereum and Bitcoin prices are very volatile. It is caused by the pump-dump factor and less interest of investors. I think it is not really surprised since we are in bear market. Moreover, Ethereum fails to bring a change by having new hardforks. The hardforks ended with scam issues.

As a bounty hunter I lost hope sometimes, I abandon some of my bounties because of this market condition after a 90% decrease its still going down. Big Events delays like BAKKT and Bitcoin ETF approval has been delayed again. Last 2017 I invest on some projects now I have nothing to invest. But I know it will recover given the past history of btc. about 1 or 2 years after next All Time High.
