I think too, that any change, will happen after the Q2, because the phase now, seems to me, that whales, are slowly buying. If we don't see many ups and downs from here, till June, I think that the market, will confirm, my thoughts. Be patient, and be in the markets.

Time will come for market returning into greenish land from nightmare condition which makes us scared about the possible crypto future. This year could be much better place than 2018. As long as 2019 is not yet finished, still the chance is there to recover again.

The market seems to stabilize, but if we look at the history of Bitcoin, there is a bull run, before the halving of the mining reward. Of course, history does not repeat itself, and there is a new fact, that we should take into consideration. The altcoins, market is a bigger part in cryptocurrency capitalization, compared to the Bitcoin halving history. I think that bulls will start slowly, near the end of 2019.

Indeed. No one can answer it with 100% accuracy. Most of us just predict it with our own view. It sometimes quite objective, but it is still possible to be a true result. Personally, I have no idea to answer the OP question. But I guess the recovery has just started.
